How to Create a Reward Program

This article relates to your standard everyday Reward Program.


Rewards are the cash amount you offer to pay to MyLeadPod users for sending you leads.

Business Users are able to set-up a Reward Code and offer multiple cash amounts as rewards. Depending on the business, cash amounts can be offered for:

1. New product sales,

2. Maintenance on sold products or

3. Consumable sales for a product all at different amounts under the same Reward Code.


Whatever you do to generate and income in your business, you can list as an option to generate a cash reward.

This would be the standard everyday Reward Program for a business.

Business Users are also able to offer seasonal rewards. Spring Sales can be enhanced by offering cash amounts as a reward for leads. This would be “custom” rewards, generated under a separate Reward Code than where your Reward Program is. You can also access How to set-up Seasonal / Custom Reward Codes.


Reward codes are set-up in MyLeadPod app. Registered Business Users who have paid their invoices are able to register a Reward Code to enable their customers to send them leads for new business by entering the Reward Code in MyLeadPod.


Note: You must have signed up for a business account before you can create rewards.


1. 1. Add cash options for Rewards Program

The first step is to define what your regular everyday cash options are on offer, for leads that are converted into sales. The Rewards Program menu option is located under your business name in the right-hand corner. Click the down arrow next to your business name then click Rewards Program.

Click Add reward to start adding your options for cash amounts you offer as payment for leads being sent to you.

Type a descriptive Name in the Title field, so your options on offer are very easy to understand. This will be cash amounts that will be linked to you standard business as usual reward code.

2. 2. Add Reward Code for the options

To create Reward Codes:

  1. Click My Business
  2. Click Reward Codes where you will see a list of reward codes that was generated
  3. Click Create Reward Code

Create your own reward codes by typing a unique code, using alphanumeric letters between 5 and 20 characters long.

Click Check Availability after you have entered your Reward Code.

Green tick mark will appear next to your approved Reward Code. Next enter the Description of your Reward Code.

Think about your Rewards Campaign: What do you want to achieve? A simple message of what your business goal is with this Reward Code would be appropriate. Type something that will remind you of what you wanted to achieve with this Rewards Code.

Now Click the More Details down arrow.

By Clicking More Details you are presented with two options: Rewards Program and Custom Rewards.

Ensure the button next to Rewards Program is activated. Then click the down arrow.

This will reveal the Cash rewards that was set-up under the Rewards Program.

Next, Click Create. at the right-hand bottom of the page. This will link your newly created Reward Codeto the Rewards Options under your Rewards Program.

After refreshing the page, your newly created Reward code will be displayed. You can click View to see your cash amounts on offer for this specific Reward code.

3. View Reward Code

On this page, you are seeing the cash amounts on offer linked to a Reward Code. Here you will also find web links you can send to your contacts as well as easy posting to Facebook, LinkIn, Twitter and Google+.
